Shipping & Return Policy for Biomagna Pro® Protocols

1. Delivery & Protocol Start

All Biomagna Pro® devices are shipped via DHL with tracking numbers. Your selected protocol period (e.g., 30, 60, 90 or 120 days) only begins the day the tracking system marks the package as Delivered to your address.

2. Hassle-Free Returns 

Returning your device is completely free and managed by us. You will receive a Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label.

Once your protocol period ends, simply place the device back into its original protective box.

Attach the Pre-Paid Return Label to the outside of the box.

Drop off the package at any authorized local courier location (UPS/USPS/DHL) within 48 hours of your protocol completion.

3. Security & Maintenance

All returned devices undergo a strict sanitization and technical calibration process upon arrival at our distribution center before being certified for the next user.
