30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy

At Biomagna Pro®, we stand behind the quality and the science of our technology. We want you to feel confident in your investment. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee starting from the date of delivery.

How it works:

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Restocking Fee: To maintain our high standards of quality and hygiene for every device, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Condition: The device must be returned in its original, like-new condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and the charging kit.

Requesting a Return: Please contact our support team at info.biomagna@gmail.com with your order number to initiate the return process and receive return instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive the returned device and verify its condition, a refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Exclusions: This guarantee applies only to devices purchased directly from our official website. Devices that show signs of damage due to improper use, physical impact, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for a refund.
