Program Completion & Device Return Policy

Because our devices are premium, precision-engineered hardware, they are allocated specifically for the duration of your selected protocol access.

How the Return Process Works:

Step 1: Upon completing your 30, 60, 90, or 120-day protocol access, your guided program officially ends.

Step 2: You are required to return the Biomagna Pro® device to our facility.

Step 3: Please review our [Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy] page for detailed packing instructions, shipping addresses, and eligibility terms. All return shipping must be tracked and insured.

Extended Use & Maintenance Fee:

We understand that some clients may need extra time to complete their journey or may experience delays in returning their hardware.

Extended Use: If you'd like to keep the device for personal use after our 120-day protocol you may do so for a $99.00/month fee. Contact us at info.biomagna@gmail.com.

The Grace Period: You must initiate your return shipment within 3 business days of your protocol’s official end date.

Extended Fee: If the device is not returned or shipped back by the end of your scheduled program, an Extended Protocol & Maintenance Fee of $79.00 USD per month will be automatically charged to your payment method on file. The device will be inactive as soon as the chosen protocol ends.

Billing Cycle: This $79.00/month fee will continue to recur monthly until the Biomagna Pro® device is safely received and verified by our warehouse.

Note: This fee covers the extended rental, software access, and hardware maintenance of the device during the unauthorized overage period.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I upgrade my protocol mid-way through? Absolutely. If you start with a shorter access period and decide you want to maintain your results for longer, contact your wellness coordinator at info.biomagna@gmail.com to extend your protocol access window.

What happens if the device is damaged when I return it? Normal, light cosmetic wear from daily use is expected. However, any significant physical damage, water damage, or missing components will be subject to fees as outlined in our Return Policy.
