At Biomagna Pro®, we stand by our technology and engineering standards. Every device is thoroughly tested to ensure high-frequency stability and performance safety.

We offer a dual-tier warranty structure designed to support you through your active wellness protocols:

1. Standard 120-Day Protocol Warranty

Every Biomagna Pro® purchase automatically includes our 120-Day Standard Warranty.

Coverage: This covers any manufacturing defects, hardware malfunctions, or component failures under normal use conditions.

Term: The coverage begins on the date of delivery and remains active for exactly 120 days.

Resolution: If a manufacturing defect is identified, Biomagna Pro® will repair or replace the device at no additional cost to you.

2. 1-Year Extended Care Warranty (Active Protocol Program)

For clients who choose to remain in our Active Care Program (our ongoing support and protocol guidance membership), we extend the protection of your device.

Coverage: Your Biomagna Pro® will remain fully covered against manufacturing defects for a total of one (1) full year from the date of purchase.

Eligibility: To maintain this extended coverage, the user must be an active participant in our continuous protocol program.

Peace of Mind: This tier ensures that your hardware is protected for as long as you are actively engaging with our guided cognitive and physical optimization routines.

What is NOT Covered: This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear and tear, accidental drops, water damage, improper charging, or any unauthorized modification/opening of the device casing.
